Previously, Chat Agents only had access to messages from the current live session. That meant when a user re-engaged or continued a conversation, the AI had limited memory — leading to less contextual responses.
Now, we’ve added automated memory of the last 10 messages sent before the session started. This means:
The AI better understands ongoing conversations
You get more coherent and accurate replies
Follow-up questions and clarifications are handled with greater intelligence
