Agent Join & Exit Events in Chat Conversations

We’ve enhanced Whippy’s chat system to include agent activity events. This means that when a support or sales agent begins handling a conversation (or hands it off) the timeline now shows:
• Agent joined the conversation
• Agent left the conversation
These events are clearly visible within the conversation UI, offering a real-time and historical record of agent participation.
