Agent Join & Exit Events in Chat Conversations

We’ve enhanced Whippy’s chat system to include agent activity events. This means that when a support or sales agent begins handling a conversation—or hands it off—the timeline now shows:
- Agent joined the conversation
- Agent left the conversation
These events are clearly visible within the conversation UI, offering a real-time and historical record of agent participation.
