We’ve fixed an issue where the inbox sometimes appeared empty after switching between organizations, even when there were active conversations.
What’s Fixed
Inbox redirects properly when switching organizations Now, if you’re viewing a specific channel in the inbox and switch to another organization, you’ll be automatically redirected to the All Conversations view.
Why This Matters
Previously, the inbox could show “No New Messages” despite having active conversations, causing confusion and extra clicks. This fix ensures you always land in the right place after switching organizations, making your workflow smoother.
