We’ve introduced Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to help safeguard your account and your organization’s data from unauthorized access.

What’s New: MFA for Account Security

You can now enable MFA on your Whippy account using either:

• A mobile authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Authy)
• SMS-based verification codes

MFA adds a second layer of verification during login, making it significantly harder for unauthorized users to gain access — even if your password is compromised.

In addition:

• Organizations can require MFA for all team members
• Users without MFA enabled will be prompted to enroll before they can access their accounts
