Previously, we relied solely on the "Office Phone" field in Tempworks when syncing contacts. If that field was empty, the contact would be skipped—resulting in lost opportunities and incomplete outreach data.
Now, Whippy intelligently checks multiple phone number fields in a priority order:
Cell Phone
Phone
Car Phone
Home Phone
This update ensures we capture the most reachable and relevant phone numbers—even when the "Office Phone" is missing.
