We've introduced a powerful new Contact Editor that lets you update key customer details directly from the Inbox and the Data page, no more jumping between tabs or hunting for settings. Whether you're making a quick correction or refining contact data across your workflow, it’s now simpler and more streamlined.

• Easily update contacts while you’re mid-conversation or reviewing records. Just click, edit, and save, all without leaving your current view.

Address (now with Google Maps autocomplete!)

• Supporting international contacts is now easier than ever. The new country code selector ensures that global phone numbers are formatted properly and work reliably with SMS.
• Google Maps Autocomplete for Addresses
