This week we focused on improving various features in Whippy and we refreshed our help and training videos to embed them right inside the product.

We’ve embedded our new training videos right inside Whippy, you can quickly access short training videos by clicking the question mark on the right-hand side of the top navigation
Templates can now include images and files, as well as pipe fields and emojis, when you’re adding a new template you can upload an image or a file by clicking the paper clip icon
Added the ability to opt contacts in when they are individually created on the contacts page
Added the ability to bulk import conversations and messages from another source. You can now import contacts, opt-outs, messages and templates
Fixed a bug that caused users to get 24-hour reminders on messages in conversations left open but had already received a response
Fixed a bug that would cause bullet points in messages and user avatars to disappear when you hovered over them
Fixed a bug that showed a blank space in the campaign’s user filter when a user say no name set on their profile
Fixed a bug that prevented users from configuring “exact match” or “contains” settings on keywords
