Smarter Unread Message Counts in Inbox

We’ve added a subtle but impactful improvement to help you stay on top of conversations.
You’ll now see a small red square with a white number indicating the count of unread messages, shown per user, channel, and conversation in the inbox.
This makes it easier to:

• Spot where replies are needed
• Balance workloads across your team
• Avoid missed messages during busy hours

Even in a high-volume inbox, you’ll have a clearer view of what needs your attention, without extra clicks.
