Track Contact Removals

We’ve added more transparency to your Sequences and Campaigns by making contact removal events visible directly in the inbox. Now, whenever a contact is removed from a sequence, the action is logged in the related conversation thread and clearly shows who, or what, triggered the removal:

• API removal
API removed contact from sequence Application Sequence at 1:51 pm
• Manual removal by a user
John Snow removed contact from sequence Application Sequence at 1:51 pm
• Automated removal (via trigger, completion, etc.)
Whippy removed contact from sequence Application Sequence at 1:51 pm

This enhancement gives your team full visibility into sequence activity, no more guessing about why a contact dropped out.
